“100 BEST TEXTBOOKS IN THE WORLD”
The fund of the scientific library has been replenished with 100 new textbooks translated into Kazakh as part of the “Rukhani Zhangyru” program. The new textbooks cover a wide range of knowledge in the field of world history, literary theory, international law, pedagogy, Internet psychology, strategic management, marketing, media and business communications, diplomacy and art history.
Many well-known works have been translated into dozens of languages of the world and contributed to the development of world humanitarian education. The translation and publication of these books into Kazakh make a significant contribution to the development of Kazakh higher education and the strengthening of science. More than 300 specialists from among the leading university teachers, editors, experienced translators and linguists took part in the work on the translation of books.
Electronic versions of textbooks are available on the library’s website and on the portal “Open University of Kazakhstan” – www.OpenU .kz, www.100kitap.kz is freely available on the website.
