The closing of the event «Кітап оқу – рухани әлемге бастар жол» took place.

On April 23, 2026, the Scientific Library hosted the grand closing of the “Кітап оқу – рухани әлемге бастар жол” decade, organized in honor of National Book Day and Librarian Day.

The primary goal of the event was to increase youth interest in reading, foster a reading culture, and promote national spiritual values. Within the framework of the decade, several activities were organized, including a book exhibition, a proverbs and aphorisms contest, an exhibition-quiz, a literary vernissage, a round table, and a debate. During these events, participants shared their impressions of books they had read and discussed the content and educational significance of the works.

Students, faculty, and researchers who actively participated in the events were awarded letters of appreciation. At the conclusion of the event, readers congratulated the staff of the Scientific Library on their professional holiday.
