Memorial meeting of Zharasbay Nurkanov, the poet, translator, publicist.

On September 25, 2018, the Scientific library had conducted in the reading room -the memorial meeting, devoted to the 80^th anniversary of Zharasbay Nurkanov, the poet, translator and publicist. The evening was organized by the Scientific library, the museum, the Department on educational and social work of KaZNAU.

 

The meeting attended Nurkanova Kazina Saduakasovna, a spouse of the poet, the veteran-journalist of TV company “Kazakhstan”, the excellent worker of Kazakh radio, the public figure.

Kazina Saduakasovna  had told about working and literary activity of the poet and also have read several poems of the author.

Kazina Saduakasovna several years have worked as the chairman of trade-union committee of the university.

For a large contribution to the development to the agrarian science and education of the university, Kazina Saduakasovna was awarded with the anniversary gold medal of the 85^th anniversary of KaZNAU, which was handed by the chairman of trade-union committee Tiribolsyn Omarbekyli.

Readers were very interested  and thanked organizers of the meeting.
